Refunds

If you have a problem with a paid ZFWD release or support payment, contact us through the contact page with your payment reference so the transaction can be located.
Digital downloads
Before immediate access is supplied, checkout asks you to expressly consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once the download begins. This does not remove statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method. A full refund revokes the private download entitlement associated with that payment. Publicly available free downloads remain available from their release page. Partial refunds remain recorded against the original transaction.
Free downloads
Free downloads do not pass through checkout and have no payment to refund.
